We reimagined GoToWebinar by inviting customers to sketch, brainstorm, and create their ideal webinar experience alongside our design team. Findings from this work shifted the product strategy to the first mobile-first redesign for the product.

We had 2 months to design a new solution for an aging product. We knew that customers wanted a modern, simplified interface. But the design needed to accommodate three major features that had yet to be integrated into a single experience. We struggled to pick a solution that could satisfy all the constraints. We wanted more feedback.
This is a zillion times better than what’s on there now. This is a huge improvement.
